Are you running your life, or is it running you?
Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you at the end of each day feeling exhausted, stressed, and unfulfilled . . . just another day of checking off your endless to-do list.
You want to feel a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment in this season of your life, and to have more time and energy for what really matters to you.
You feel like there has to be more to life than this.
There is . . . and I’m here to help you create it.
You’ve come to the right place if you . . .
What if you could feel really good about yourself and your life?
If you found yourself checking one or more of those boxes, it doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with you or that you need to be “fixed.”
It just means you need to find your way back to your center and purpose.
When you’re able to approach life from a place of being centered, you feel more calm, confident, and positive.
You’re able to tune out the noise of the daily stress and overwhelm, and consciously create a life centered around your purpose.
If that feels or sounds impossible, I promise you it’s not.
I’ve done it myself, and everyday I help women like you do this, too.
If you’d like to create these changes in your own life, I invite you to join me for Find Your Center.

Common Questions & Concerns
Your website says you coach women 40 and up. Can I work with you if I'm under 40?
Absolutely! As long as it's a good fit and you're looking for support in the areas I've mentioned here, I'd love to work with you.
What is the difference between coaching and counseling?
Counseling often involves looking back over someone’s life history to discover why they are in their present situation, while life coaching looks only from someone’s present to their future. It's a more future-focused approach. Counseling can help people deal with diagnosed mental and emotional disorders, while life coaching is not appropriate for these issues. Another way to look at it is counseling helps people go from dysfunctional to functional, and then coaching helps people go from functional to extraordinary.
What is a coaching session like?
In my coaching sessions, we set soul-inspired goals and illuminated action tasks to help you move forward with those goals, and check in to see how you’ve been getting on since our last session. I’ll ask you gentle but powerful questions to help you explore in a deeper way the areas you’re working on, and we’ll review your progress with the action items you decided on during the previous session. As your coach, I’ll guide you and make suggestions, but it’s not my role to tell you what to do. I can be of highest service to you by helping you find your own answers within. Sometimes clients get emotional, and that’s 100% okay. Our coaching session is a safe space for you to feel all the feels, work through anything you need to, and know that you’re being supported and never judged.
Can I work with you if I'm outside the U.S.?
Absolutely! I work with clients all over the world, as far away as Australia and New Zealand, and I feel so blessed that I'm able to do this thanks to the magic of technology. I offer a variety of time slots so I can accommodate clients in different time zones.
I’ve never done something like this before and I’m nervous about pulling the trigger.
We all wrestle with fear, and what you’re feeling is completely normal when trying something new like coaching. But the truth is, we all have to step outside of our comfort zone for real growth to occur. So let’s bust through your fear together knowing I will be with you the whole way!
I’m concerned about making this big of an investment.
Please don’t place yourself under any serious financial strain to work with me, but I encourage you to consider this: How much is it going to cost you to continue to be stuck where you are?
It feels selfish to commit this time and money on myself, when I could be using it for . . . (fill in the blank).
Caring for yourself and investing in yourself is never selfish -- it’s actually the exact opposite of selfish. Investing in your personal development and growth helps you be your best Self. And when you’re showing up as your best and highest Self, you’re able to have even more of a positive impact on the people in your life, your work, and the world at large.
I don’t think I have time for coaching right now.
Only you know what you’re able to fit into your life, but here’s something to consider . . . you’re always going to be busy, and it’s probably never going to feel like “the right time.” If you’ve struggled for this long, the odds are that your struggle will continue. Wouldn’t it be amazing to use coaching to help you end the struggle now, so you can move forward more freely and focus that extra energy and time toward the other areas of your life?
