Mango Chia Seed Pudding: A grab-and-go healthy breakfast recipe

Are you looking for a simple and healthy grab-and-go breakfast that will help you lose weight and make your skin glow?  

I’ve got you covered with this super simple, make-ahead breakfast that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes the night before . . . just put it in the fridge and it’s ready to eat the next morning.

With this in the fridge, you won’t have to resort to all those quick breakfast options that are so bad for you . . . fast food from the drive-thru, cereals, granola bars, pastries . . . most are highly processed, full of sugar and empty calories, and they will sabotage your wedding day weight-loss goals.

Quick Mango Chia Pudding

Makes 1 serving

2 tablespoons chia seeds

½ cup nut milk (like almond, coconut, or cashew milk)

¼ teaspoon real vanilla extract

¼ cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)

Combine chia seeds, nut milk, and vanilla in a container with a lid (I like to use a small mason jar), and shake to mix.  Add mango, put the lid back on, and refrigerate overnight.  It’ll be ready to eat the next morning!
